Sometimes data stored in your web browser cache can cause websites to malfunction. On most browsers, you can clear your web browser cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete, checking the cookies, cache and/or temporary internet files checkboxes, and then clicking the "Clear Now", "Delete" or "Clear browsing data" button. If you're using Firefox, on the "Time Range To Clear" drop-down menu, make sure "Everything" is selected. If you are using Chrome, on the "Obliterate the following items from" drop-down window, make sure "the beginning of time" is selected.
When you login with the temporary username and password provided to you on your Account Login Letter or check stub, or using a username and password you may have created for your account prior to 6/12/15, you will be prompted to create a new username. When creating a new username, you cannot use the same username that you were given by Music Reports, or any username(s) you may have created prior to 6/12/15. If you have multiple accounts, you may use your same email address, but you must create different usernames.
If you entered a username or a password with Caps Lock on, make sure that you log in with Caps Lock on as well.
After you create your new account you should receive an email with a link to activate your account. If you did not receive an email, please make sure it did not go to your spam, trash or junk folder. The email should have come from email@example.com with the subject line "Music Reports New Account". You can search for the email by typing "firstname.lastname@example.org" in your email software's search function. If you are still unable to find it, there may be an issue with your email server preventing you from receiving the email. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
