Trouble Logging In?

Here are some common causes and solutions:

Clear Cache

Sometimes data stored in your web browser cache can cause websites to malfunction. On most browsers, you can clear your web browser cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete, checking the cookies, cache and/or temporary internet files checkboxes, and then clicking the "Clear Now", "Delete" or "Clear browsing data" button. If you're using Firefox, on the "Time Range To Clear" drop-down menu, make sure "Everything" is selected. If you are using Chrome, on the "Obliterate the following items from" drop-down window, make sure "the beginning of time" is selected.

Creating a New Username and Password

When you login with the temporary username and password provided to you on your Account Login Letter or check stub, or using a username and password you may have created for your account prior to 6/12/15, you will be prompted to create a new username. When creating a new username, you cannot use the same username that you were given by Music Reports, or any username(s) you may have created prior to 6/12/15. If you have multiple accounts, you may use your same email address, but you must create different usernames.

Usernames and Passwords are Case Sensitive

If you entered a username or a password with Caps Lock on, make sure that you log in with Caps Lock on as well.
